My brothers and I used to go to sharanes house every week and stay the night back in elementary school. She was always keen on finding are roots and where we come from. I remember she was looking to see if we were part Mayan, I wish I could remember wether she found the answer or not. She always wanted to keep family together and create gatherings for everyone to get together.
