She was probably born in Crocket County, around Alamo, Tennesse.   She grew up in Pensacola, Florida, lived with her father, in Escambia County, Florida.  She was later found living in Georgia, was raped and beaten, left in a coma for six months, died and was buried in Dearing, McDuffie County, Georgia, near Augusta.  Sherry was a very loving person, had lots of friends, and will be sadely missed.
