Mrs. Breed was born in LaGrange, Georgia on February 6, 1943, the daughter of the late Evie and Rufus Whatley. She was a member of the Long Cane Baptist Church.

Until the onset of her illness she was a faithful employee of Franklin Aluminum. Nothing pleased her more than doing nice things for her children and grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by two daughters, Donna Daniel of LaGrange, GA., and Carolyn Olinger of Franklin, GA.; two sons, Terry Breed , and Ronald Breed both of LaGrange, GA.; one sister Martha Childress of LaGrange, GA.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, and daughter, Clyde Terry Breed, and Annett Barrett.
