Yesterday, our family lost a treasure. Barbara's and Carolyn's baby sister passed away due to Alzheimer's disease .
Sondra Phipps was a wonderful woman. Married to Carl Phipps, they have two grown sons and one grandson. I have known Sondra since birth and watched her grow up into a beautiful sweet woman.
Through the years she treated me as if I was special and I came to know her as a sister. Barbara's other younger sister Carolyn, did the major part of caring for her as she did for her brother that passed away 3 years ago. Carolyn is a fantastic sister and will have many stars in her crown. I appointed her as my own sister years ago. Sondra will be missed by all of my family and all that know her. She was 69.
