Stanley Joseph Paskiet III, of Eustis, Florida, died on Friday January 8, 2016 at Waterman Hospital. He was 53.  He was born on April 8, 1962 in South Bend, Indiana.  In 1986 he married Sherrie Tombow, and together they had 2 children, Courtney and Stanely Joseph IV. Stan worked as a custodian at Tavares Middle School and dedicated himself to working hard every day. A unique soul, Stan was very lighthearted, and enjoyed spending time with his family most. He will be greatly missed. Stan is survived by his wife Sherrie Paskiet, daughter Courtney Paskiet, son Stanley Joseph Paskiet IV, grandson Joseph Paskiet, mother Joann Paskiet and, sister Dianne Newman, and was predeceased by his father, Stanely Joseph Paskiet Jr. A memorial service will be held at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church on January 15, 2016 at 11am. Memorial donations may be made in Stanley's name to the Humane Society of Lake County or St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
