She was born on Aug. 22, 1987 to Scott and Patricia Eickstedt (nee Fechter) in West Bend, where she was also raised. Stephanie was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Newburg and attended West Bend East High School. She was a Police Explorer, loved walking, biking and thoroughly enjoyed nature.

She is survived by her loving parents; two cherished brothers, Travis and Matthew Eickstedt at home; paternal grandparents, Harold and Judith Eickstedt of Newburg; maternal grandmother, Irene Fechter of Newburg; aunts and uncles, Gary Fechter, Joe (Cindy) Fechter, Cindy (Ralph) Clarke, and Angel (Warren) Bialk; cousins Erika, Bryan, Heather, and Megan. She is further survived by other relatives and many dear friends.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Ralph Fechter.
