Miss you so much my wonderful Dad. It never gets easier. You helped me and guided me so much throughout my life. Mum looked after james and myself with so much strength even though she was broken because you were no longer by her side. My only thankful thoughts are that beautiful Mum is now with you. I love you both so much and have really struggled and my path has not gone in the direction i would have wished for but, but I always try to think what you both would do or say. I always try to remember your stories to tell James and I miss listening to your jokes and singing. I love you. I have so much doubt about there being an afterlife and I'm now an executive committee member of a research group to try to find proof of this. So if there is......we will meet again. Happy birthday Dad.... Hope you are now together with mum and I feel so bad not being with mum that dreadful weekend and not being able to say goodbye. I hope you heard me tell you that we loved you, and I want to say how much James and I miss you so much. We all stayed with you and never left your side at all from the moment you were admitted. It seems only like yesterday that we had some laughs and alot of the time I so wish you were here because both you and mum were my rock, and to not have you or mum to talk to is excruciating and feel like I'm sinking with my problems. James masks his anxiety and issues to everyone except me and so it's hard for people to believe me when I explain how he is at home and many believe that it's me and that I'm a bad mum.  Mum saw James behaviour unmasked and finally understood. I don't know who or how to get help because if I say anything it goes against me so now I feel like I have to just continue researching and doing courses to help myself, but even that will then probably go against me for not seeking help, so I feel like I can't win. This has caused me to have low self esteem and I am beginning to believe that I am a bad mum.
I really hope that when the time comes that we will all be together again. Love you so very very much.... Xx xxxxxx
