Our father was the oldest of ten children. Son of Straudy Gossett sr, and Martha Estelle Mitchell. His children are, Brenda, Jeffrey, James, Jenene, Rachael, Roselyn, and April. Surviving is his wife Roselyn Gossett of 40 yrs. Dad had many hobbies such as hunting , playing music, telling jokes and stories. He loved his dogs and being outside. Dad loved to play the guitar and sing, he would get his feet to rocking back and forth to the beat of the song and he had Alot of fun. Father knew no strangers. He had worked on the police force, trimmed trees and was a over the road truck driver.But more than anything else our father loved his wife and best friend. Please light a candle for our dad each time you visit. This is for everyone that needs to talk  or just look.
