This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Susan Fleming, 48, born on December 3, 1961 and passed away on March 16, 2010. We will remember her forever.
My mum was fighting Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years.
Very sadly missed by all her family and everyone who new her.

Her grandchildren- Ben, Jack, Demi-Leigh, Halle, Madison, Frances, Josh, Bailey, Kerys, Alfie, Emeli
She was one in a million!
