taden life and death. he came later n our lives. he loved life. he drowned because my daughter,his mother, entrusted him for less than five minutes tto the friend whose home she was celebrating his birthday late. the friend had a pool with no fence and a defective pool cover. we never knew that there are regulations all pool owners are required to comply with but not enforced. look around. do you see any pools with easyo access??  I ASSURE YOU WILL. WHY ARENT THESE REGULATIONS NOT ENFORCED WHEN THEY ARE VIOLATIONS IN CLEAR VIEW FOR YOU OR A CHILD!!!!  Nothing takes the place of a watchful eye. But these regulations were for a reason. We are humans. Please write to your city ,state, and federal people and organizations to start enforcing these regulations where you and your loved ones live. DROWNING IS THE NUMBER 1 CAUSE OF DEATH TO OUR CHILDREN UNDER 4 IN THE SOUTHERN USA AND THE 2ND IN THE NORTHERN USA!!!!Did you know this??? WE DIDNT EITHER....
