Tammurra had a typical childhood. She loved playing with her cousin Brionnca and other friends she met on the way.  Tammurra's journey started out on June 29, 1991. She was born at 2:00pm at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Tammurra was 7lbs and 8ounces.  She was a happy baby.  We had a diffucult time getting her to sleep at night.  I recall Cortez playing Kenny G's CD just get her asleep.  He also drove her around in the car a couple of times until she fell asleep.  We tried everthing.  One night my mother said bring that girl over hear.  She was able to get her right to sleep.    Tammurra started walking when she was 1 years old. She had to wear special shoes and it was funny to see her walking around in two left shoes.  It took her a while to learn how to go to the pot but she got it eventually.
