Her Life

The daughter of the late Marion, Jr. and Gladys Harrell Ralph, Mrs. Stewart was born at the Hunter Army/Airfield Base, Savannah, GA on December 24, 1955. She was a 1973 graduate of Baker High School and attended Columbus College. She was a member of St. Mary's United Methodist Church and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. She was an associate at the East Boulevard Wal-Mart in Montgomery.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Marion C. Ralph, III.

Survivors include: her husband of 32 years, Mr. John A. Stewart; a daughter, Nicole S. Ralph; a son, Nicholas C. Stewart; two grandchildren, Tamiya J. Ralph and Barry K. Brown, Jr.; five sisters, Gladys R. Fisher (James), Barbara R. Rollins (Robert), Ellen Ralph, Mercedes R. Ward (Steve) and Vivian R. Randolph; two aunts: Ellen R. Davis and Ella Roberson (Lester); one uncle, Robert L. Harrell; her mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary L. Stewart; beloved in-laws, Rev. Walter Stewart, Patricia Farrow and Donald Stewart; nieces, nephews and friends.
