A High Court sitting in Rivers has found three persons guilty of the murder of four students who were lynched in Aluu community in 2012.

The court presided over by Justice Nyordee also discharged and acquitted four others, who standing trial for the 2012 murder.

According to the Judge, the prosecution failed to prove its case of murder against the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th accused persons beyond every reasonable doubt.

He, however, found the 1st to 3rd defendants guilty of murder.

 I happened to bump on to  channels TV news yesterday February 24. 2016. The killing of these 4 innocent Uniport students was featured and it brought back very painful memories for me. I CRIED. Lloyds mum was on the show and she narrated the story in detail through tears. What a deeply painful experience for any mother? I remember I was in a Nigeria visiting when this happened and even more than 3 years later it is as fresh in my mind as the day it happened. I consoled myself with the thought that all you FOUR are in a Gods care and you will never experience such brutality & wickedness again. Those who sent you ALL to your early graves and especially the onlookers cheering on will have to live knowing they could have saved you but chose not to do so. All for what? Laptops & phones.. Vanity!  May your killers, bystanders, all those filming and taking pictures of your killings never ever know peace or joy in this world again.   Help came for you all too late.... How very unfortunate? .... God will always be God Almighty and your gentle souls will rest in your the blossom of your  creator forever.... May The Lord continue to comfort all your loved ones you left behind. Your deaths will not be in VAIN and you will NEVER be forgotten.... TEKENA, UGONNA, LLOYD & CHIDIAKA REST IN PEACE..... In loving memory.

They were destined to reign, shine and dominate but their lives were cut short by Aluu vipers! But even i death, the know has heard their names though in a bitter and painful way but as the Celebrities they been.
Ugo, Tekena, Lloyd and Chidiaka, i never knew before but i know i have lost four precious brothers who would have made things beautiful in their time!
I know of UGONNA, who wants to be a great singer, LLYOD, a reknowed rapper, TEKENA, a great man and Chidiaka, unusual celebrity, But alas because of the wickedness of Aluu. I am happy because Aluu didn't see u guys to kill a second time on 5th Oct., 2013.
I indeed joyous because i know ur souls found rest in the bosom of the Almighty God!
I weep for Aluu because they have doomed their present and their future with their own hands!
.....And as for Nigeria, i laugh because the do not know what she do not know what she have missed in you all (Aluu4)!
Your death will never be forgetten as long Nigeria remains! I know that very soon ur souls will rejoice because ur deaths is the price Nigeria has paid in other to attain Greatness!

On 05 :10:2012  4 Uniport students were brutally beaten, disgraced and burnt to death in Aluu community Rivers state.

Friends we cannot remain silent while young people are hacked to death in their prime. We have become an endangered specie in our fatherland, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

I saw the video of the aluu 4 on the 7th of october, my brother told me they were theives, and i asked him if they were armed theives, he said no, then i told him there was no justification whatsoever for the way they were killed. I also told him even if it was a boko haram member they should be handed ova to the security agents, eventhough we know they are a failure, they may be good ones amongst them. Since the day i watched this brutal video, i have not been myself, i have been following the story. I have made photocopies of the pictures of the killings becos i feel they may be relevant oneday when we look back and remenba how lives were wasted as a result of wickedness, frustration of a group of people. I will not have peace if the perpretators are not made to face the wrath of the law. I wish i was the cheif justice of the federation, since i don't have the heart to kill, they will rot in jail and severe torture for the rest of their miserable lives. To the family of the victims i pray God gives them the fortitude to bear the great loss, and to the victims i pray that the pain they went through will never beinvain, may they find love in the bosom of the lord, and may God's wrath fall on the perpetrators of this wickedness as the curses of many aggreived nigerians will continue to follow these sons and daughters of satan. Amen. Rest in peace Ugonna, Llyod, Tekena and Chidiaka.

The story i heard those pictures i fear. My heart in tears bled. Those images like a snare. Maybe i'll be in the hospital if i watch the video since the pictures of ur terrible death brought me night mares. I cried and cried and am still crying cos i simply can't get u off my head.

The story i heard, life they (ALUU) did not spare. With hot tears i wept. Oooooohh mans inhumanity against man.See they stood and stared, taking pictures,recording and coverage no one cared. they laughed in victory to have caught their foe. Raining causes of fire they wanted death.Finally they struck piercing their bow in ur young innocent heart.Oooohhh poor unfortunate souls.

The story i heard, i wonder if we care for the breath of air.As they watched and passed by minding and caring only for their business, 4 was swept away in a tide of rage and contempt.

Oh this story i heard . Why? u really scare. They all stood and gazed others kicked, beat and burnt. The story i heard, that innocent be dead for crime they never stired. it was brutal,gruesome,heinous,wicked call it whatever u like but this story is bad.They were smashed in the hands of wickedness.Even their friend (the police) crushed them without pity.

The story i heard a bitter taste it left. How they burst ur brain,how they took u away. This bitter taste can't be sweet anytime i daily see ur faces in my dreams. For ur dreams will never live nor be born. But rest in peace for your deeds we keep.

You were not the worst of all sinners but God forgave u out of love.WHY could mere men not feel dat love enuf to 4give u even though u r innocent. Or did grace forget you? where did u go wrong? dat you had to die young and die this horrible way. oh ohhhooooooo BEASTIALITY. Really there ain't no love in the hrt of d city.
