Thanks for remembering a loving moment in my Mom's life, Dottie.
We adult kids sometimes forget that there was a time before the War destroyed my father's hope. Mom always said that her young husband was never the man that
left for that war (Korean). He returned as Mom had given birth to their first baby, my brother, Eric. We all know the hardships but my mother held as much grace
during her time here as anyone could. I often reflect on her achievements at a time in our history when women struggled hard to work and care for their family.
She was certainly a professional pioneer.
One last thing, Mom was a beautiful until the end, when pain had taken its toll and her mind lost some of the clarity she had always had. Rest in Peace, Mom. Love is everywhere for you. Until I write again......barbie
