Wow - it has been 8 years since you left us. Miss you Uncle Dewitt. Rest well!
Brother Thomas Dewitt Faniel, 89, was born October 11, 1925. He transitioned into eternal rest May 14, 2015.
A celebration of life service will be held Friday, May 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Gary Lewis, Pastor. Words of comfort will be delivered by Rev.Thomas E. Guice, Pastor of the New Union Grove Baptist Church. Interment with military honors will follow in the Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery in Seale, AL. Bro. Faniel will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral services.
A visitation will be held at Carter Funeral Home on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The family will also receive friends at First Missionary Baptist Church in Union Springs on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for an hour of reflection.
The staff of Carter Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of the late Brother Thomas Dewitt Faniel and join the family in an extreme expression of gratitude for the care and support extended to them during the illness and demise of their precious loved one.
