Mom would always tell us, "I love you very, very much!"  Well, we loved HER very, very much!  When I'd come home she would make homemade chicken and noodle soup for me...even in the summer!  It was delicious and my favorite!  She'd be there waiting for us to drive up - sitting on her deck.  And her fried chicken!!  Just the best! Not to mention kolaches...So many great memories!

My best memories of Grandma Tillie are that her house always smelled like ginger snaps cookies. She would have this amazing smile and hug you so tight. I loved that she always had her nails painted and her hands were beautiful. She made you feel so loved, sending birthday cards, making German chocolate cake for my birthday and sending the kids and i Valentines. God got a beautiful angel filled with so much love!
