Tim, you emanated with a sweet calm innocence. You had a gift of simply taking each day without strife. I really believe you and dad are getting a few "peeks" into this realm from above and smiling. I'll see you again.

To the one man who was my brother, my sidekick, my friend and my rock. He had the biggest heart and proved that many times throughout his lifetime. We were the same age three weeks out of the year and people thought we were twins. Maybe that's why we were so close. We had the same views on a lot of things, especially our view on Christianity. He loved the Lord deeply and could quote scriptures... everyone that knew him knew his heart and knew his Faith. He faltered as does everyone in life, but his Faith carried him through. I know in my heart he is in Heaven.... his last trip down from MO to GA to be with me he had told me that he felt at peace.. his words , " Tina, the sky is more blue, the grass is greener..." I believe he knew where he was headed. He had only been back here in GA with me a little over a week before he passed away in his sleep. God took him home. So, to you my big brother, fly free and thank you for all you did for me and for shining your light here on Earth before you left. I love you always..

"Goat" Hunting

August 29, 2016

One of my favorite memories of my brother was when he and I and my ex-husband were going ghost hunting (a strange yet interesting hobby of ours years ago). We got ready to set out on one of our adventures and he had called his girlfriend to tell her and she thought he had said "goat" hunting.... he then explained, no, we were ghost hunting. Shortly after we left the house we found ourselves on some back roads when , Lo and behold Tim sees a sign that reads "Goats for sale!" Tim throws his arms in the air, laughs and says, Well we can go home now, we found them!! LOL
