I doubt folks in heaven still keep track of their birthdays, but happy 53 anyway, old man! Though you left us nearly five years ago, sometimes I still can't believe you (and Dad) are gone. I can't believe it's been 4 years since you left us! I still miss you and think of you often. You would have loved mom's 90th birthday party! Shes still going strong. She too misses you and thinks of you a lot. Hope you and dad are watching over us and know how much we love you.

I forgot to post a tribute on veterans day, but did not forget you. Pete and I are both retired and often speak of reaching out to those like you who bravely served.
I really wished I could have met you as you disembarked when you returned from serving in Desert Storm. That photo is displayed in our townhome now.
Today is Thanksgiving and our family kept in touch although many of us could not sup at the same table. Enjoy the banquet there! Miss you very much!
