I didn't know Mr. Kipper personally but I thought I could share an encouraging thought from the bble that someone shared with me. He sounds like a very kind person. Someone that you would like to meet again. Its wonderful to know that the bible says that we will have that opportunity to do so at John 5:28, 29. It's so comforting to know that God knows the pain that we feel and so offers us a hope that we can look forward it. I hope that this helps you the way that it provided hope for me. I offer my deepest sympathy in this time of loss.

To my dear nephew and godchild. Boy I will miss you. You were always there for me. What a guy, and really cute too. Keep all those other family members in line up there and just go cook with your grandmother. She will love your help.

The day Tim took over as Mgr of Unistrut Western changed my life for the better. Tim treated everyone as a friend rather than a boss, he had a love of life and people. Enthusiastic, charismatic, and fun loving, just a great guy. Tim always lit up a room, and I know he is doing the same right now. Thanks for you friendship Tim !

Tim was a true enduring friend, mentor, critic, & loyal companion of mine the past 20 years. He touched many positively at work & befriended many through his loyalty, trust, & support regardless of their personal issues...personally, I celebrate the lows & highs we endured and still were positive of our convictions while enjoying the journey. Cheers to Timothy!.....to have known such a trust worthy friend... I have been blessed,
I miss you..

A Heart of Gold

January 8, 2015

We all know that Tim could be a growly tough guy on occasion, but he also had a soft touch not everyone saw.  I had been unemployed for over 6 mos and was reaching the end of my rope when my good friend Gene Anawalt called his friend Tim to tell him about my situation.  The next day Tim called and asked me if I would be interested in working for him at Unistrut.  Of course I jumped at the chance, but didn't find out until later that he really didn't need any more personnel to join his team at that time.  He simply created a new job title and told me to start digging up new leads!  I never forgot that kindness and Tim and I remainded good friends from that day on...
