Tony was born in Chambers County September 20, 1958 to the late Elbert Aaron Ross and Mary Jean King Ross. He had served in the US Army, and was a member of the Greater Pinehill Baptist Church and had been employed with the Veteran's Administration in Tuskegee, Alabama.
