It so hard to believe it's been 28 years I never ever will forget this dreadful day. Watching my baby die in my arms.  Watching him basically suffocate due to the incompetence of a smart ass nurse. Watching 2 chest tubes being jammed in and the blood gushing out all over the bed, the floor and all over me. Watching him all night long seeing the life slip away. Wondering why and how this could happen 2 days before we were going to go home and enjoy whatever time we had left,  1 day before they were going to remove the vent tube....All because a know it all nurse who failed to turn off the vent before doing suction blowing out both lungs....How can I ever forget any of this horrible day. It's impossible!!!
