Tyrone was an avid supporter of the Boston Celtics back in the early 80's as a result of their point guard , the late Dennis Johnson. Living in Belize at the time, this was very rare, as most Belizeans either rooted for the LA Lakers or the Philadelphia 76ers. As you all know, there was this fierce rivalry between the Celts and the Lakers due to Earvin "Magic " Johnson and one Larry "The Legend" Bird. We would watch the games without Tyrone, as he would be downstairs in his room with the tv almost on mute, hoping that no one would realize he was home. After the game ended, if the Celtics won, the entire neighborhood would hear about it from Mr Tyrone. If they lost to the Lakers, Ty would quietly stay in his room without uttering a word. He would finally come out of his room and let us know that when he watches the game again on tape, the Celtics would prevail, even though they already lost. Funny guy.
