My mom

Undine H Stewart ,"Dina", 78, of Puyallup passed away peacefully on August 15, 2016.

She was born in Ettlingen, Germany on April 29, to Alfons and Irma Muhl.

She attended the Gerta Gater School for Girls then went on to Abidinga Hair Dressing School for 3 years and recieved her Beautician License.

She married and moved to the United States shortly after and raised four children : Heidi, Mike (who preceded her in death), Tammy and David.

She had 5 grandchildren including her namesake Undine. Two sisters Karin and Gisela and was married to David Stewart since 1975.

She spoke two languages fluently; German and English . She loved music,gardening and getting the darkest tan. She loved being outdoors and became an avid mushroom picker for the Seattle Market and Reed picker for local floral distribution company in her spare time. She liked knitting and crochetting.

She was the best cook,often making authenic German meals all by scratch .

Her legacy is that she was beautifu inside and out l and popular. Everywhere she went she made each person Feel as if they held some importance in her life .She took such good care of her family that each thought they we're her "favorite".

She will be missed. God received a most precious angel .

Powers Funeral Home in Sumner Washington.

In luei of flower arrangements if you wish bring one single rose of any color for us to place on her memorial we have set up in the Area and or give any small amount in her name to your local animal shelter in your area.
