Valeda was a wonderful friend to all that knew her,Ive knew her every since she was a child.Although I was older then her we still hung out together as good friends when she was younger! As we grew up we went our different way,but no matter what we still were great friends,and when we saw each other we would stop and say hi,and ask how one another was & our families were...I sure am going to miss doing this! Valeda never met a stranger,she was the most friendly person that you would of known....Miss Thomas was the daughter of John Pearson & the late Brenda Thomas... Valeda loved life & she loved her 2 son's so very much,She volunteered at Independence Elementary School,where boys attended school at...Miss Thomas also loved to sing,she had a voice of an angel!
Valeda Surviving are two sons, Xavier & Brandon Thomas both of Lima,Oh: Also surviving Miss Thomas are her siblings: Gary & Michael Thomas both of Lima,Oh. 3 sister Tavena,Shana & Shontia Thomas all of Columbus,Oh. Jacqueline Pearson,Tinika Pearson,Nekosha Pearson,Poreeshia Grant all of Ft.Wayne Indiana, all 3 sisters Johna McNeal,Larivin Pearson,Leah Hall all of Lima,Oh. Miss Thomas was also preceded in death by a daughter, Brè Kiya Thomas...Also stepfather, Gary Summers preceded Miss Thomas in her death!
Once again I am going to miss seeing Miss Thomas in town,its not going to be the same with out her not being in town!
