My Dad had the greatest recipe for barbecued steak. You take the toughest steak. Marinate it in stewed tomatoes with fresh mint for 2 hours. Than put it on the grill. Get a small basting mop and mop mop mop with the marinate. It is the most tender and tasty meat you will ever have. Don't over cook it he would say. You have to keep an eye on it. Good stuff. I will never forget that recipe.
