Vera Lucille Lauderdale Irvin, 89, year old resident passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at Lanier Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 5, 2014, at 2:00 PM EDT from the graveside in Fairfax Cemetery. Reverend Randy Gilbert will officiate.

The family will greet friends, Thursday evening, from 6:00 PM EDT until 7:00 PM EDT at McCarthy Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Chattahoochee Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
