Butch when we were growing up
He was a sweet little rascal. Always teasing our sister Sybil and I. We lost our mother when he was just a teenager and he grew up and joinded the Navy. He loved his time in the service. However, His heart was broken again when we lost sister Sybil at 27 years old. Butch and I traveled together to see our sisters 2 daughters and their children. It was a great fun filled trip. He went back and spent a month or so with them in Alabama. He was so loving and he often spoke lovingly of his sons and the great times they had togeher. .
We traveled to Hawaii together with our brother Jim, and and more recently our brother Dick visited with him and brother Duane in Seattle and spent time with Butch in his home in Bellingham laughing about fun times we had at family picnics and other great times together .
He has left us all with some wonderful memories of his kindesses, his laughter
and his great sense of humor. I loved his joyful laugh, kind of a chuckle. We will all miss you ,my Brother and know that you are remembered and we will all think of you often. Sleep well my sweet prince. Your loving sister Carmen.
