"I miss talking with my Aunt Virginia, she always made you feel better no matter what was going on in your life.  You could hear the smile in her voice.  She was special to a lot of people but especially to her family."

"My Granny was my hero. As cliche' as it might sound, she was everything I aspired to be. She was one of the greatest loves of my life, She was strong, kind, and always believed in everybody- no matter what. And somehow- she had the ability to make you believe in them too, even if they made you angry. I miss you granny, with all my heart. I hope to make you proud. Thank you for everything."

"This is to Granny from my mom, Karen- The greatest gift Granny has was her smile, she shared it with you and everything was nicer because of it. The kids were her greatest love. They would tell you about her smile. It made them feel good inside and they loved to be around her. ALL the time. The kingdom of heaven is like children and granny's smile was for the angels."

"Known as "Granny" by most, she had a way of bringing a smile out of everyone.  She will be forever missed by her family and friends. She persevered through a life of struggles and somehow managed to bring a glimmer of hope to any situation.  Her determination and dedication to family will no doubt live on through each of us. We love you Granny."
