The Lord Takes Virginia Home

JACKS, Virginia Foxworth passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 18, 2010.

Virginia was born in Montgomery on August 27, 1993. She was a junior at Eastwood Christian School where she was on the girl's varsity basketball team. Virginia enjoyed writing songs, playing her guitar and singing as well as playing soccer, basketball and running. She had a passion for her family, friends and, most importantly, her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Virginia is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Kevin B. Jacks (Ginger), brothers Kirby Clayton Jacks and Bowen McKenney Jacks of Montgomery and her grandparents Mrs. Jesse M. Williams, III (Patty) of Montgomery and Mr. and Mrs. Dale M. Jacks (Bennie) of Robinson, Texas. Virginia is also the granddaughter of the late Jesse M. Williams, III. She is further survived by aunts and uncles Mr. and Mrs. Jesse (Ken) M. Williams, IV (Caroline) of Montgomery; Mr. and Mrs. Kirby H. Williams (Mary Blake) of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; Mr. and Mrs. Brian Jacks (Mary) of Waco, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. D. Bruce Jacks (Molly) of Greenville, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Keith Jacks (Peggy) of Wylie, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Hamilton (Jana) of McGregor, Texas; and Kara Helm of Wylie, Texas and cousins Jessica and Kendall Williams of Montgomery; Betsy, Mac and James Hamn Williams of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; Lacy Wooten and Lauren Cox of Waco, Texas; Dallas, Caleb and Emily Jacks of Greenville, Texas; Jessica Turkas and Katheryn Jacks of Wylie, Texas; Austin, Adam and Alex Hamilton of McGregor, Texas; and Kaden, Clair and Collin Helm of Wylie, Texas.

The graveside service will be 9:30 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in Montgomery. There will be a visitation of the family at 10:00 a.m. at Eastwood Presbyterian Church with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m.

The pallbearers will be the boys of Virginia's junior class at Eastwood Christian School and Benjamin Hoefling. The honorary pallbearers will be Virginia's teammates of the school's girl's varsity basketball team.

The services will be conducted by Reverend Aaron Fleming and Reverend Bart Lester both of Eastwood Presbyterian Church. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Eastwood Christian School Gymnasium Building Fund, 1701 East Trinity Boulevard, Montgomery, Alabama 36106 or Camp Marannook, Post Office Box 581, LaFayette, Alabama 36862.
