Every time you see Abiy I see my Friend Wagaye in Abiy’s face,  his smile and laugh is Wagaye’s smile and laugh; her heart is beating in Abiy’s heart…
In all our Family Gatherings I see my Friend Wagaye sitting and moving among us; hugging and kissing us, our children, and grandchildren.
I know I’ll always be with My Friend Wagaye because she is still here on earth with me and she is also in heaven waiting for me……I Love You Wagaye, thank you for being My Friend….

Hi Wagi/Tomiye,

Your spirit is still with me.  To comfort myself, I started to look through the pile of my old letters and pictures and I found this picture with your son Abiy that you sent me.  You were thrilled and happy.  I am adding the picture to your album.

So many memories, I cannot take you off my mind.
