Wes leaves behind his Dad, Charles Wesley True, III, his step-mother, Nancy Pogue True, his step-sister Megan Ramsden, his step-brother, Joshua Ramsden and his niece, Ashlyn Ramsden, who will miss him greatly.
Wes also leaves behind his mother, Shirley Embrey Miller and her husband, Thomas Miller.
Wes also leaves behind everyone at Hartwood House and his group home in Falls Church, Virginia, who loved him deeply!
