Mr. Willard McKinney was born September 29, 1930 to the late Mr. Luvelle Mckinney and Mrs. Vennie Belyeu McKinney.

He was a faitliful member of the New Elam#1 Baptist Church and a deacon.

Mr. McKinney was united in Holy Matrimony to Mrs. Velma Minnifield on September 27, 1956.

Mr. McKinney departed this life on May 31,2012 at Russell Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Luvelle McKinney and Mrs. Vennie McKinney, his wife Mrs. Velma McKinney and four brothers, Henry, Willie, Cain and Reed McKinney.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Four sisters, Mrs. Mildred Jones, Mrs. Louise McKinney, Mrs. Ella Bell Young, Mrs. Vennie M Tuck all of Alexander City, Alabama; Two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Virginia McKinney and Mrs. Emma Mae Murphy both of Alexander City, Alabama; Two brothers-in-law, Mr. Adolphus Murphy of Alexander City, Alabama and Mr. Willie B. Young of Detroit, Michigan; Two special cousins, Mrs. Emma McKinney of Alexander City, Alabama and Elder William (Emma) McKinney of Attala, Alabama. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
