William Howard Coleman III, 56, of Oxford passed away Monday June 25, 2018 at home.

Bill was born in Chelsea Mass to the late William H. Coleman, Jr. and Giovanina “Jennie” Petrivelli Coleman.  He was of the Catholic faith.

Bill was an avid hunter, loved to fish, and was a dire hard Red Sox and Miami Dolphin fan.  Next to the Red Sox, it was the Baltimore Orioles which he finally got to see play in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, June 23, 2018.

Bill is survived by two sisters, Dale Spencer (Gary) and Donna Bailey (Bobby) of Wilmington, NC; one brother, David Coleman of Burgaw, NC; daughter, Rya Blair of Carolina Beach, NC; step-daughter, Jessica McPaters of Kittell, NC; step-son, Jonathan McPaters of Fairburn, GA; five grandchildren; nieces, nephews and grand-nephews; his long time partner of 23 years, Anita McPaters of the home and his pitbull, Zeb.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
