Daddy was born in Chicago, Illinoise to the late William Joseph Nolan & Irene Helen Gaughn. These were the only parents he know. Grandma passed in May 1950, Grandpa passed in Aug. 1950. At the young age of 14 he lost both of his parents and had to go live with his Aunt Kay. At the age of 25 he found out he was adopted. Daddy did a couple of years in the Marine Corps, then went into the Air Force, where he spent 22 years as a Medic. He retired in 1978.
