Billy was born on August 20, 1957 in Salinas, California. His parents were Norman Ray & Florence Yvonne........ brother was Norman Ray Jr and his sister is Tina Marie. Billy has 2 daughters, Stefanie Marie and Amy Elizabeth, 2 sons David Lofton and William Oris II. Billy also has 3 grandchildren, Jackson Michael, Airyan Nicole and Khloe Thompson. He also has a neice and 3 nephews, Christa Nicole and Dustin Matthew, Nick Rainwater-Fry and Norman Ray II......along with 3 great-nephews, Matthew, Jordin and Marcel "Stinka". Billy also had a step-daughter Kimberly Perez and 4 step-grandchildren......Alex, Adam, Samantha and Valerie.
Billy worked as a mechanic most of his life. He loved to work on cars and motorcycles. He was always there to help his family and friends whenever they needed him. He never said "no" to anyone. He loved the ocean and riding motorcycles. He loved his music, his favorites were The Beach Boys, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Willie Nelson, just to name a few. He loved drinking his beer, his favorite was Budweiser. Billy loved being with his family and friends. Billy's favorite football team was the San Francisco 49ers. Billy's favorite movie was "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". Billy loved tattoos and had a few of them. Billy loved to eat......his favorites were fried chicken, potato salad and chocolate. Billy also loved eagles and Harley Davidsons.
On January 11, 2013, Billy was crossing the street in Phoenix and was hit by a car. He was injured very badly. He was taken off the ventilator on February 17th and passed away on February 25, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona.
