Randy and I went to Cancun in October of 2008. Randy hadn't been on vacation for several years and was determined to "have fun" in Mexico. He was like a little kid at times and really enjoyed adventure-filled activities. We wet to a water park and went on all the biggest slides.The bigger the better! That's what he loved most. He said that when we got home he wanted to find the biggest water parks in the country and then we would take a trip there.

We went para sailing, snorkeling and jet skiing. Watch out when Randy gets a machine with speed under his control! He bounced over the waves so fast he flipped us off the jet ski! Then we went on these mini speed boats and we had to follow the guide to an area that had great snorkeling. Well, Randy got yelled at by our guide for going so fast and for zig zagging through the wake of the guide boat. Needless to say, I had white knuckles more than once on this vacation!

But he was fun to be with. This was the first vacation that I actually lost weight and I needed another vacation to rest up after this one.

Randy was young at heart and I loved his boyish charm. He did admit, however, that he felt his age when we had to get back in the speed boat without the use of a ladder! A BIG confession for Randy.

I really loved him....I miss him so much!
