Willie Lee Tarver was born to Orseola Tarver and Joseph Matthews on June 22, 1943.
He transitioned into eternal rest on August 12, 2015.
Mr. Tarver was preceded in death by one daughter, Veronica DeAnn Tarver and two siblings, Eddie Tarver and Robert Tarver.
Mr. Tarver leaves to cherish his precious memories:
• Three children: Lorelei (Toney) Coleman, Eufaula, AL, Anquenetta Tarver, Union Springs, AL and Willi LeRoi Tarver, Birmingham, AL;
• Seven grandchildren: Tela Walker, Eufaula, AL, Jessica Tarver, Dothan, AL, Karnisha Harvey, Columbus,
GA, Jeanette Hubbard, Arizona, Zachary J. Townsend,
Union Springs, AL, Toney Coleman, Jr., Eufaula, AL and
Kendall T. Townsend, Union Springs, AL;
• Three siblings: Josephine Simmons, Jennie Perryman,
both of Rochester, NY and Josephus (Vernetha) Matthews,
Miami, FL;
• Seven great-grandchildren, along with a host
of other relatives and friends including a family
friend, Jackie Efford.
