Winston Churchill Adcock, 70, a longtime resident of Granville County passed away Thursday, December 12th, 2013 at Maria Parham Medical Center.
A native of Granville County the son of the late Otho David and Mary Hester Wiles Adcock. He was medically retired from Lloyds Plumbing in Oxford. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 14th, 2013 at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford by the Rev. Gene Wood.
Surviving are his daughter, Mary Anne Paynter and his sister Hallie Saunders both of Henderson; and two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 14th, 2013 from 12:30 – 2:00 P.M. at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford and at other times at the home of his daughter. Burial will be in Meadowview Memorial Park.
