I still remember like it was yesterday, I was getting off the school bus and I hear someone whistling and I look up.There in the kitchen window stood my mama whistling to me like a blue bird.So I whistle back.And every day since then we had this thing that we would do that every time I got off of school.
That's how I got my nickname "Blu",after the blue bird whistle.Now when I hear a blue bird whistle i know that it's my mama talking to me.
Gosh how I miss you my mama. I still don't think that you are gone and my heart won't let me believe that you are not going to come back
