Dear Daddy,
The news of your demise gives me hypovolemic shock and I'm still in denial of this reality. You and mummy played a pivotal role when our chip was down and you were never tired of seeing us at your door. Apart from being my father's senior colleague, you and mummy were father and mother to us. Nigbati oju npon igun wa, awodi awon Adesiyan bawa ra nibe o..... Won tun fi ewe bo. I just believe that you have gone to sleep.

For your large heart and warm embrace,

For the lives you positively impacted,

For the homes you saved from falling apart,

For the smile you put on everybody's faces,

For the fulfilled life that you lived,

For the legacy you left behind,

Even the host of heaven can testify that THERE LIVED A MAN WHO DID HIS JOB WELL.

Sleep on beloved General, sleep on!
Your Son,

Dear Dad,

Announcement of your death was like "Hide and Seek" game to me, hoping to hear " April Fool" few minutes after but till this moment, you haven't called nor received, read or replied your messages.

It became dawned on me when i went with my sister to collect your death certificate that you are gone forever.

While you were alive, Apart from your God, you never joke with these three things, you were absolutely dedicated to it without mixing words: Job, Children and Giving.

A Fatherly figure of both Father and Mother encompassed, Loving and caring to the core, Great Disciplinarian, Wonderful teacher, Seasoned adviser, Divine and ordained giver, Sport lover, Very accommodating, Transparent, Diligent, Trustworthy, Prayerful and Wonderful man of God.

Baba Ara, Popsy, Esike Bami. Who will call me 'Dido', Who will say 'Philosophy Yoruba' while praying, sing and dance, relay histories, advises, prayer points and so on.
You are permanently engraved in my heart forever - A Father like you is once in a life time. Thanks for been my Father and making me who i am today.

Keep resting on the bosom of the Lord.

Your Daughter

AKINKUNMI, Adedoyin Juliet.

Dear dad,

Its been very hard for me to belive that you are gone.
The beautiful memories we shared stuck to me like a glue.
So many unfinished conversations and unfulfilled promises.
I was looking forward to see you this year after 6years of been away.
April 7th, 2021 came and dashed my hope of having someone to call my biological father again.

Through the lenses of my grieves, bitterness and sadness, I see the brightness of the path you laid for me and my siblings.

You are more than a father, You are all a child can ask for.

Thank you for all you did for us, God's kingdom and the society as a whole.

You will remain my lifetime HERO.
I will continue to love and appreciate you even in death.

KEEP RESTING IN HEAVEN DAD!!!

Your son,
Oluwaseyi.

Baba - loko as my father always called him was a mentor and a father to me. We had a great relationship and connection when I was growing up. He taught me to be diligent and to be always aiming for the best. I remembered spending so much time with him during his Breaktime when he was transferred to Lagos with RCC. We spent time discussing about life and he will always gave me advice about his life experiences and how he was able to navigate them accordingly. I highly respected him and his love for sports has also been an approach I take to work and life balance presently. He will ever be remembered as a great man of God, a great father, a great helper to many, a lover of sports and a brilliant person.
I can continue to write from right now and will never finish my writings the next 365 days because he touched my life in a very positive way.
I feel sad that you left so soon but at the same time I am delighted to celebrate your life. One thing I can promise you is that, your philosophy about life and your teachings that has been ingrained in me will live forever.
Rest in peace king

I have never regretted having you as a father, though you have multiplied your role of not just being a father but a friend, mentor, confidant, playmate etc and even my mum for the past 7yrs. Your strength of character is so amazing.i can never recover from your absence. You taught me to stand firm in God and always uphold the word of truth. I have always known that you were a very important personality and God confirmed it to me that your space is reserved among the VIPs in heaven. You are not just a VIP but a great LEGEND.....I am proud you are my father. Say me well to mummy in Abraham's bossom......I love you and miss you so much...... good night DAD..

Hmmmmm I can really come terms that you are gone daddy... you are not just a father but a caring, loving, supportive, reliable, responsible father!!! I call you awesome dad because you were just too awesome.... you pampered me at every opportunity you've got buying me my favourites snacks and ice cream each time you come around like I were a kid.... calling repeatedly when I was expecting my 1st and 2nd baby just to be certain I was doing well... ABIYAMO TOOTO.

Now there is going to be that empty chair near
that dinning table, where it's going to be empty and cold!!! I will miss you dearly daddy.

A Golden heart stopped beating
Hardworking hands at rest.
God broke my heart to prove to me he only takes the best!

I was drawn to your generous deeds at a time when my family needed an angel, and you appeared from God knows where. Since then, you stood tall for us through all times and seasons as God graces you. Truly, you're an angel sent from God.

Daddy, according to the will of God, I believe this is the best time to drop the baton. Continue to rest on as we look forward to joining you in the bossom of the Lord one day.

Rest in Perfect Peace father

Daddy, may your soul rest in perfect peace. Seeing this breaks my heart but I believe you are with the lord.

You are such a wonderful man, always smiling and humble. I remember when I always come back for weekend with a smile on your face seeing us your children. The earth has lost a personality and it's a gain for heaven. Rest on father. We love you but God loves you most.

Dear Father,
What a wonderful father you have been to me and every of my siblings
When your colleagues choose socials above their children, you choose your children above all things.
When everyone lost hope in me you still so much believe in me, you never allowed yourself to be discouraged but keep hoping that someday I will make you proud. Your hope in me was not dashed away @ the long run. You left a worthy path for me to trend, you are indeed a blessing to this generation.
Your departure from this world is a great loss but glory to Jesus for I no you have fought a good fight and you have finished well.
You are brave, loving, courageous, kind and respectful. I will always miss you daddy, till we meet to part no more
