You lived your life to serve others and you indeed proved to people around you that there is so much more to family than just being related by blood.
You were a giver to the core.
You were a lover of God.
You were one of the most kindhearted and most caring people we have ever met.
We still find it hard to comprehend the news of your demise. Our consolation is that you are now resting in the bosom of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
You’ll be missed, Aunty Yinka. Thanks so much for being a huge blessing to my family and everyone around you.

Aunty Yinka! I love the woman that you are, how your smile and vibrant energy lit up any room. You made my childhood somuch fun and filled with countless memories. Though I hadn't seen you for years, everytime I saw or spoke to you, it was like picking up where we left off. I remember how you cared for me in that year I lived in New York. Not just me but my friends too. This news breaks my heart. What I would give to speak with you again just to thank you for everything and tell you how much I love you. You will be missed but I know you are in a better place and I pray God will give the family and friends you left behind the strength in this difficult time. I love you Aunty Yinka and will celebrate your life cos that's what you would have wanted. Sleep well Queen xxx

Auntie Yinka... knowing you is to love life . You were so vibrant in all your doings. You had this special way of calling my name with a smile.. and I will look at you and call you egbon... I know you love me egbon.. cause you had this special way of looking directly into my eyes when we spoke .. So sad I just realized it after your demise. Oh death where is thy sting!. I still can’t come to terms that truly you have gone to meet with our Lord. Even through all of it all.. you were strong till the end. I remembered I spoke with you in November.. and you sounded like your normal self with no sign or evidence of pain. I texted you in January, and you responded.. Only to hear of the shocker that you had left to be with the saints... I Wish! I Wish !.I Wish!.. There was something that could be done to revise this.. But alas! ... Death is inevitable.. Who are we to question the supremacy of our Lord. The few times we shared together.. I have beautiful memories of you.. A true lover of Christ you were. You loved and served the Lord. Thank you for raising Tobi and Timi well and showing them the way of our Lord. Auntie Yinka...oku olomo kii sun oo..Pls don’t leave your family.. Pls watch over them even in heaven. Kosi eni tolemonpon bi olomo!.. I know you fought a good fight and you finished your race..You kept the faith. Adieu Sis Yinka Omojesu Ojo.

Soooooooooooo many memories Sister Yinka; No words can describe what you’re to me sis Yinka and I know you know. You prepared me a day before for what now presented to be inevitable. How devastating it would have been just hearing someone over the phone telling me “have you heard.” I thank God for you that even as you were preparing to rest in the Lord, you were looking out for me. Thank you for how you molded me and gave me courage about so many things. May your watchful and loving eyes continue to watch over your children, husband, and the rest of your family. I hope your are singing with the angels and saints in praising God as you so much loved doing. She loved singing. God called you home to join the angels in worshiping him. Your service on earth was noticed by all and your father in heaven. “Yinka OmoJesu.” We will miss you on earth , I know that’s an understatement, right, lol. But your maker, “the great physician has taken you home” where there is no sickness or sorrow. I can feel you smiling at us. “The sympathizing Jesus has taken you home where you won’t experience any pain or hurt.” God knows everything and he has called you home and knowing you will rather hear the “voice of Jesus.” You are only sleeping in the Lord. How I wish, it’s not so soon, but who are we to question God, right? Sister Yinka: You came, you saw, and conquered the love of many. You always told me, “God is in Control.” I will miss the smile I always questioned you about that “ Sister Yinka, this smile of yours is contagious and you would respond that “it’s all me.” How I wish there is something I could say to appease the Lord to still hold you here on earth for us. Despite your love for your family and everyone, you would still choose to “fulfill all righteousness, by “hearing the voice of Jesus.” Love you sincerely, dearest, Sister Yinka. Sleep well ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Sis Yinka !!!!!!!. Tears won't stop rolling. Always there to help, always reminding us of what needs to be done, always checking on the progress of the task. Dear Sister Yinka,
It still feels like you’re here, but we know that you’re in a better place. Psalms 116:15 assures us that “precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful servant”, you were truly a faithful servant of God so we take courage knowing fully well that you’re with your maker. You loved God and you served Him with passion. You were ever smiling and gracious. Your laughter was distinct, it made you one of a kind. Many looked up to you because you had this special way of reaching everyone.
You are gone but not forgotten!
You will be greatly missed!!
Rest on Sister Yinka in the bosom of our dear Lord!

Adeyinka, Yeenka Omo Jesu, amazing woman of God, angel and saint, you have gone to rest in the bosom of our Lord.
We journeyed through so much together, from our days in Uniport, to our NYSC year in Lagos, to some fun times in Chicago thereafter and to our present-day life. Our friendship transcended space, time and distance. Whenever we spoke, we would always pick up from wherever we left off. You always made me laugh, you were always positive in all circumstances and above all you loved and trusted God. I will miss your voice, your laughter and your heart. I thank the Lord for your life; a life well lived and well spent despite how short it was. I thank you for sharing your life’s journey with me and for being an inspiration and a blessing to me. You are an amazing soul and heaven has gained an angel. Rest in peace my soul sister. God be with you till we meet again.

Aunty Yinka, I still find it hard to believe you are no longer here with us. When we met many years ago, it was amazing how quickly you took me as part of your family. I was in a strange land and you became a mother, aunty, sister, friend, mentor, and anything I needed you to be. You were loving, bubbly, warm, kind-hearted, extremely generous... the list is endless. You loved God and loved people. You extended your love to my family. You were always willing to go the extra mile. You came all the way just to attend our wedding. When you visited us a few years ago, I never knew it would be the last time we see you physically. Even on your sick bed you held on to Christ firmly, you comforted and encouraged us. You are a rare gem. We have comfort knowing you are in a better place. We miss you terribly. Only God can heal the pain of your departure. We love you but God loves you more. Continue to rest in the Lord, aunty Yinka, until we meet to part no more.

Sister Yinka!!!
Where do we begin? What will this limited space permit us to type? You were a shinning light to everyone around you. You were open to all- we remember when we came, you welcomed us to church with joy and your characteristic laughter. You gave us all the helpful information we needed as we were new to Richmond. That was a testament to who you were- always sharing, never withholding anything that would help others. You were our ‘Mall buddy”. You served in the church of God with total commitment. It is so sad to  type this tribute because your leaving this world was so unexpected and we could never have imagined doing this at this time. You are going to be so sorely missed. Our tears are numerous but God will help us. He will uphold your husband, children and the entire family Till the resurrection morning, we say Goodnight.

I'm so grateful for the sister you have given me. She is always a friend, a companion, a guide and guardian. Ever since we met her, she has always been by our side just like You. She’s someone with whom we could share all the joy and sorrows of life. Her sense of loving and caring taught me to be a better human being. I pray that You continue to keep your blessings over her family. Help her family in times of trouble, and remind her family that they are never alone. Guide her to her calling, as she has guided her family on their own journey. Yinka is a very nice and God fearing person. We lived together in Karimu Street with her parents. At the time when she was attending St. Catherine Primary up to Federal Government College before they moved to Isolo Estate. We just connected some few months ago not knowing she was saying goodbye. The Angel has flew away to Glory.

Yinka!!!!!
Giggling was our trademark of friendship. If one of us is not giggling when we see each other, then something must be bothering the person. Our parents knew we were " kori kosun" as teenagers. God has one of his a and all I have is love of her in my heart now.Sola, mummy Buwa, all her beloved family and friends are all mourning.God will strengthen all of us. My Yinka and she would reply, "MyLati, "My Latifat ". Gone too soon.

Tribute to My Sister Adeyinka Ojo

It would forever be a devastating news that my sister had passed away. My sister had so much life left to live. Even though today is tragic and such a sad event, I hope that everyone can hold his or her heads high. Sis. Yinkus would have wanted us to celebrate her life and speak about her achievements and our fond memories with a smile on our face. Let’s not dwell on our significant loss, but instead focus on paying tribute to Yinka’s remarkable life.
Sis. Yinkus was more than my sister from another mother; she was my closest friend. Even though she was older than me, we used to relate as friends without filtering words. We talked practically about everything without feeling bad.
She always had a smile on her face and could brighten the darkest days. Sis. Yinkus would always have a right word or funny story for any situation and I loved her positive fun-loving attitude. Sis. Yinka was also a very compassionate person. She cared a lot for her friends and family and would do anything to help them without discriminating against anyone irrespective of any differences. She was one of the most loving and caring people that I have ever met.
Sis. Yinkus enjoyed cooking and loved to entertain. She enjoyed having people around her and would embrace and love anyone I introduced to her.
Sis. Yinkus will always be remembered for her positive attitude, compassion, generosity and love for life. Most importantly, I can confidently say that she was always taking God’s affairs seriously and genuinely. My sister was an example to everyone she met of how to live life. I am honored that I met her, and she became my sister and will look back on our time together with fond memories. Sis. Yinkus, I am honored for the opportunity to share part of your last moments on earth. I will always remember you for the love you showed my family and I, and the time we spent together. Your memory will live on in my heart forever.

Me and my GIRLS have you in our hearts!!!
