This memorial website was created in memory of our most respectable colleague, senior member, AHCC Phạm Hữu Vĩnh, 88 years old, born on July 5, 1917, and passed away on October 29, 2005.
AHCC Phạm Hữu Vĩnh was one of the first Civil Engineers trained by, and graduated from Ha-Noi's Technical School of Civil Engineering in 1944; worked in various positions within the civil services ranks, attaining his last position as General Secretary with the Ministry of Transportation.
AHCC Phạm was also an Instructor at Phu-Tho National School of Engineering, from 1956 to 1962.
We will remember him forever.
