This memorial website was created in memory of our respectable Colleague and Friend, AHCC Phi Ngọc Huyến, 86 years old, born on January 11, 1933, and passed away on January 15, 2019.
AHCC Phi Ngọc Huyến was a Civil Engineer, a Class-of-1957 Graduate from Sai-Gon Superior School of Civil Engineering (Changed later to Phu-Tho National Center Of Engineering in 1958, and then to Poly-Tech University Of Thu-Duc in 1974); worked in various positions within the Civil Services Ranks with different Departments in Sai-Gon until 1975.
AHCC Phi Ngọc Huyến emigrated to USA in the 70's and settled in Houston, Texas; was also active with our AHCC Org.-Section Houston, to help with musical Entertainment for the annual member meetings and special events.
We will remember him forever.
