This memorial website was created in memory of our most respectful Instructor, Colleague and Friend,  AHCC Trần Lê Quang, 97 years old, born on January 6, 1918, and passed away on October 11, 2015.
 AHCC Trần Lê Quang was a Civil Engineer, a Class-of-1949 Graduate from the prestigious "École des Ponts ParisTech" (originally called École nationale des ponts et chaussées or ENPC); returned to Vietnam in 1951 and worked for the Indochina Railway Transport Co.; was an Instructor at SaiGon;s Superior School Of Civil Engineering before being appointed Minister Of Public Works and Transportation by the new government of S. Vietnam in 1955.
After President Diem had been overthrown in 1963, AHCC Trần Lê Quang left Vietnam and worked for the United Nations Development Programs in New York until his retirement.
We will remember him forever.;
