This memorial website was created in memory of our respectful Instructor, Colleague and Friend, AHCC Trần Văn Bạch, 64 years old, born on July 17, 1910, and passed away on June 13, 1975.
AHCC Trần was a Civil Engineer, a Class-of-1935 Graduate from the prestigious "École des Ponts ParisTech" (originally called École nationale des ponts et chaussées or ENPC); returned to Vietnam in 1937 and held various positions within the government including Minister Of The Ministry Of Public Works and Transportation in S. Vietnam for a short period from 1954 to 1955.
AHCC Trần was the first Vietnamese Director Of SaiGon Superior School Of Civil Engineering, from 1950-1956, where AHCC Trần was also a devoted Instructor.
We will remember him forever.
