His Life

Ahmed Adewale Adeokun

Early Years:

Ahmed Adewale Adeokun was born to the family of late Alhaji Tajudeen Agboola & Late Alhaja Sariyu Titilola Adeokun on 4th November 1972. He is the first of four maternal siblings. Ahmed was born in Ibadan, Oyo state of Nigeria, he lived his early years in Jos, in the northern part of Nigeria before his family moved to Lagos state in 1980.

 

 

Education:

Ahmed attended Grace Children School, Gbagada for his primary education and then on to International School Lagos, Akoka, Yaba for his Secondary School education. He then relocated to the United Kingdom in 1992 to further his education and gained admission into Luton University now called `The University of Bedfordshire where he studied Business Administration (Access Programme); after completing his access programme, he proceeded to Staffordshire University where he studied BA Hons. in Economics.  

 

 

Career:

Ahmed worked in several organisations after university, The NHS, Local Authorities and other Blue-chip companies. He trained as an IT consultant and until his demise, he worked at the Royal Free Hospital were he sadly passed away.

 

 

Marriage & Family:

Ahmed met a beautiful, kind and a loving lady Miss Olamide Akinpelu, they courted for 2years and got married in 2006. Their marriage was blessed with two gorgeous twin girls - Oluwashikemi & Oluwashindara. Without a doubt his marriage to Olamide and the arrival of his “princesses” were the happiest times.

 

 

 

Passion:

Ahmed had a passion for music (he was a part-time deejay), movies, and football.  and was a very homely type of guy. He loved spending quality with loved ones gisting, talking and having fun.

 

Ahmed was a God fearing, calm, loving, patient, humble, peaceful, caring and amazing person. He was extremely loyal and he gave his time and energy to families and friends. He always puts other people’s needs above his own and he showed these by the love and service to all who came in contact with him.

 

He is survived by his wife, two daughters, and siblings.
