Aiden Daniel Miracle, 18, died at his residence in South Mills, NC, Saturday, February 26, 2022. He was born a New Jersey native on April 30, 2003 to Wesley Alden Miracle and Sarah Elizabeth Miracle.

Aiden graduated from New Life Academy and was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Camden. Aiden left an indelible mark on all who were lucky enough to know him well. His free spirit and incredible energy always placed him at the center of everyone’s attention and his genuine thoughtfulness made others feel loved. He was basically a professional hugger and a hug from Aiden was the most memorable hug ever.

Aiden did everything passionately; however, he had a special fondness for skateboarding, parkour, airsoft and anything where danger is involved. In school, Aiden was known for his unique style. He loved shoes and could always be found proudly rocking the freshest Jordans or Yeezys. Among other future pursuits, Aiden aspired to one day be a stunt-double in Hollywood or even an actor. He also wanted to open his own sneaker store and share his love of shoes with the world. He had an incredible work ethic, especially for a teenager. He was fiercely independent and it was important to him that he earned his own money. When he was 16 he started his first job at Jersey Mikes and he stayed consistently employed for the remainder of his short life.

In spite of his energetic and outgoing personality, Aiden suffered silently from depression, anxiety and other serious mental illness. He wanted so badly to be accepted and loved by others that he seldomly let anyone know how terrible his suffering was. His symptoms worsened dramatically when he was 17 years old and at 18, he tragically succumbed to this unimaginable internal battle, taking his own life. Although we are desperately heartbroken, we take great comfort in knowing Aiden is free from pain and in the arms of his Savior. Our family is now incomplete but one sweet day we will all be together again.

In addition to his parents, Aiden is survived by his sister, Eliana Miracle; three brothers, Isaac Miracle, Jacob Miracle and Levi Miracle, his Oma, PawPaw, Grandma and Grandfather and Aunts Nay Nay, LeeLee, and Thea, and his uncle Timothy.

Aiden will be interred at Steelmantown Natural Burial Preserve in Cape May N.J. There will be a memorial service Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Good News Baptist Church, 3252 Taylor Road, Chesapeake, VA 23321.
