Here is The OCSA movie Takumi did. He plays the girls little brother.

They dedicated the film to Akemi. 

She was very excited about it and was looking forward to seeing the final product and go to the premiere. 
That is what really breaks my heart is that she is not around to see this film and not be around to see Yamato drive, first girlfriends, graduations etc......
