I have only known Al and Christie for 3 years, yet it seems like I have known them for a life time. Al was such a gentle giant and a kindred spirit. It was the highlight of my month to come for a session and to sit in his presence and discuss anything and everything and laugh together. The void he has left is huge, and my thoughts and prayers will continue for Christie and the family as they process this loss. Peace be with you all.

Al came into our lives to help us heal from all the reckless living we've been doing, and nobody has been able to shine a light into what was really going on inside like Al. He prioritized the well-being of everyone who came into his life so I know there are many of us out there who will miss your presence on Earth. The impact you made lives on in all of us.

My deepest condolences to you, Christie, and to your children. Al was loveable at first acquaintance, such was his gift for embracing and drawing people in. He had a knack for making you feel comfortable and at ease with him. I remember as a teenager at your wedding, Christie, thinking how lucky your were at marrying such a handsome and personable guy. May you feel the support and consolation of all the prayers I have been and will be praying, not only for Al, but for you and all your family and friends during this difficult time. Love Jo-Ann and Uncle Bob (who has also been praying rosaries for you all).

Christie & Family,

Words can’t express how saddened I was to hear of Al’s passing. He was one of the absolute most kind and wise people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Over the last ten plus years of seeing him, I looked forward to our monthly sessions so we could talk about everything from what’s going on in our lives to discussing philosophy and everything else in between.

The last few years especially have been incredibly rough for me, and I couldn’t have gotten through it without the endless support from Al, he truly became a part of my family. I wish he could have been with us as we enter this next stage of our lives, but the kindness and knowledge he shared will be forever be a part of me. His joy and light will never be forgotten.

Endless love for you and the family.

But they're over now; you're finally home.

Love,

The loss of a friend is always a sad event in one's life. This is especially so for me with Al's passing. I looked forward to our sessions at Flow Energetics not only to have Al assess my present state of health but to chat about his involvement with the football program at Western and our passion for music and collecting records. His expertise and "just being Al" has enriched my life and helped me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am so sorry for your loss, Christie and family. He was truly a very special man.

I am at a loss for words upon hearing this news. Al, you were a saviour to so SO many. Thank you to you (and your beautiful superhero wife, Christie) for saving my life. You were a magical miracle worker. The kindest, gentlest, most patient, warm, comforting, delightful, selfless Soul. A Master in the field of biofeedback technology - I've never seen anyone be able to analyze quantum energy with such impeccable accuracy and understanding, and heal as immediately and effectively, as you. A wizard, in your own way! Your eagerness to continue learning, your generosity, your values - it was a constant inspiration to me. I am beyond grateful I got to meet you and connect with you last year and through to this year. When I was in the depths of my pain and struggles with my health and the uncertainty it caused, coming to see you and being in the presence of your effulgent light and warmth, your uplifting company, was the highlight of my weeks and months, truly. You filled me with hope. You flooded my body with instant recovery and radical healing every single session. You gave me the answers I had been searching for, for over a decade. Laughing with you, hearing about your new grandchild, your ties to India and the similar views we shared on spirituality, purpose and life... kindred spirits. From the day I met you, I knew you were an Angel. Thank you for giving, for being in deep service to others, especially for the countless years of your life you dedicated to helping those who were suffering and in need (including me), for being a role model of what it means to be a good and righteous person, a man of humility who leads with Love. You are adored by more people than you know. Spread your wings, Al. Bless you and your big heart & Soul. To your family: I am sending you all my love. Please know I am here to support in any way you need. I am beyond grateful for the positive impact your entire family and Flow Energetics has gifted me in my life. I am embracing you in big hugs from here.
With all my love,
Melinda

Al ~ you became home for us. Over the past 6 years, we have witnessed such an amazing sense of love, kindness, nurturing, reality and humour. You (and Christie) helped our daughter in more ways than we can count and therefore helped us. We became so much more aware of how we should live and how positive mindedness affects how we behave and where our lives lead us. Your wisdom and sense of humour became a breath of fresh air in our lives and we will miss you terribly. You were one of a kind that is for sure! I will forever look at the plants that we rescued from the side of Hyde Park and remember you always! Thank you for being such a wonderful person!

I had the pleasure of meeting Al over 12 years ago. He was a client of ours & I've had the pleasure of cutting his hair & over the years we've had alot of awesome conversations. We talked about his work, his love of football, how he & his wife met, his children & how much he loved them, & his beautiful granddaughter. He was so proud of his family.
He was always smiling & so positive everytime he came in. I will always be grateful for our conversations & your support over the years. You will be missed Al.

The first time I met Dad!

September 4, 2021
This was when Troy and I had started dating. It was a Sunday morning and Dad was sitting at the dining table reading newspaper, going through fliers with rock and roll music playing in the background, peacefully sipping his Earl grey tea. This is what a relaxing Sunday meant to him. When I saw him first, he gave me a stern vibe. As I walked into the room, we greeted eachother. While sipping his tea, he quietly turned to Troy and said, "Good girl for a change!" and they both chuckled. I was certainly astonished by this comment.
I always enjoyed his company- be it at a farmers market or at a family dinner or in India....his sense of humor was one of a kind and always made me laugh. Will miss you Dad!
