Scott was a little different than anyone that you ever met. He was a good friend and he would always be there to help you if you needed him. He was a outlaw and proud of it. He loved the outdoors and very adventurous. Scott was raised in Marvell, AR and moved to Cleveland, Ms when he was 22 years old and married Gina Haynes Smith. Scott and Gina had twins a boy and a girl born in 1998 he was a proud daddy! He was a good stepdad to Brian Haynes for 18 years. Scott could do just about anything from electric work, building, working on truck's and he did it right. He was know by many people and he will be missed. He also lived in Heber Springs, AR for serval years and moved back to Marvell, AR where he lived at the time of his death. He is survived by one son, one daughter and 2 granddaughters. May his memory be forever with those who knew him.
